Custom home builders rely on trust, visual clarity, and transparent build processes before a prospective client commits to an initial consultation. Traditional static brochures or unstructured contact forms often fail to communicate build quality or capture key project details such as lot readiness, timeline, and architectural preferences.
Problem Statement
Prospective homeowners needed a clear way to evaluate custom home craftsmanship, compare architectural styles, understand the step-by-step construction process, and submit structured project inquiries on both mobile and desktop devices without slow page loads.

- Present residential construction portfolios and floor-plan categories with clean visual hierarchy and fast image loading.
- Explain the end-to-end custom home building process from initial consultation and site evaluation to handover.

My Contribution
I engineered the frontend component architecture, responsive layout system, interactive project gallery filtering, structured consultation inquiry flow, and technical SEO metadata setup using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
Technical Architecture
